Customer's without current water service

Due to the extended power outage, portions of our water system is without power. We have been working tirelessly to restablish water service. The Brazos River Authority (our trated surface water provider) was without power for two days. BRA's power has been restored and they are at about 1/2 production capacity due to the frozen pipes and equipment. As of now, we have not been told when the water will be avaiable to our system. In addition, our office has been without power this entire time and we are in the process of delivering a generator to the office. I know our customers are frustrated due to lack of communication, and I do apologize. We are working very hard to get the system back up.
