Exciting Bill Pay Update!

Jonah Water is excited to launch a NEW payment portal through our website beginning on Thursday, December 7th. The new payment portal is designed to allow additional functions and create a user-friendly interface. 


If you currently pay your monthly bill online, please log in to the new portal using the link at JonahWater.com/bill-payment on or after Thursday, December 7th to register your account using the new Account ID and PIN that will be emailed to customers in the coming days. Through the new portal, you will be able to pay your bill immediately or schedule a payment for a future date.


Auto draft customers: If you are currently enrolled in auto draft for your monthly statements with a checking or savings account, your auto draft will continue as before with no changes. To access your bill online, you will need to register in the new portal, but no changes to your payment method are necessary to continue your auto draft from an existing checking or savings account.


If you are currently enrolled in auto draft for your monthly statements with a credit or debit card, you will need to re-register for auto draft through the new portal. Your bill will NOT auto draft this month or going forward unless you set up a new auto draft through the new payment portal. We apologize for this one-time inconvenience. 


As a reminder, the new payment portal launches on December 7th and can be accessed via the Jonah Water website. Bills are due this month on Friday, December 15th.
